Pandemic impacts mail operations worldwide
Many countries have taken steps in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic that impact their postal operations and customer service. Delays in mail and package deliveries are common because of flight cancellations, staff reductions, government measures and other disruptions in workplaces and daily lives. USA: Priority Mail's two and three day service commitments now will be extended to three and four days respectively. Customers will continue to receive end-to-end visibility and improved product tracking. First-Class Package Service (FCPS) two and three-day service commitments will also be extended to three and four days, respectively.
The production timeline, on average, is currently 2-4+ business days on most products. Some products are further delayed noted on the individual product page. Wallpaper and Bulk orders of $200+ are 5-7+ business days.
During the months of November and December, our holiday production time increases. Please view the seasonal production timeline.

If you elect to ship to a country listed on the USPS suspension list, the order will ship but will be held by the postal carrier for an undetermined amount of time. Use caution. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
