đ Printed Mint Integration Guide
Simple for beginners. Powerful for pros.
Letâs walk through setting up your Printed Mint account with Shopify, Etsy, and more. This quick setup will have you creating and fulfilling products in no time!
đ Step 1: Connect Your Store
- Create a Printed Mint account here.
- Head to your Dashboard and click âConnected Shopsâ on the left here.
- Choose your platform: Shopify, Etsy, Order Desk (Amazon, WooCommerce), or TikTok.
đ˛ Step 2: Install the App
Youâll be prompted to install the Printed Mint app on your store.
Click Install and follow the prompts.
â Step 3: Youâre Connected!
Youâll be brought back to Printed Mint and see:
âCongrats, You're Connected!â đ
This means your store is ready to go.
đď¸ Step 4: Connect Multiple Stores (Optional)
Have more than one store? You can connect multiple Shopify, Etsy and TikTok shops under one Printed Mint account. Each store has its own packaging, shipping, and order settings.
đ Step 5: Choose Your Packaging
Youâll now see Custom Packaging.
By default, youâll be on our Free Packaging tier, which includes:
- Your store name on the packing slip
- Your custom product names
- Protective, professional packaging
Want to level up your unboxing experience? Choose Essential or Deluxe packaging tiers for a more giftable experience. You can update your selection at any time.
đ Tip: Upload packaging cards and labels in JPG format using the recommended file size.
â ď¸ Note: Once an order is processed, packaging canât be changed. Updates will apply to future orders.
Manual orders have a separate packaging setting you can adjust here.
đ Step 6: Select Shipping Preferences
Choose how your shipping method will be pre-selected:
- Flat Rate â Simple, consistent pricing
- Cheapest Method â Uses live rates (multi-item orders) and best for auto processing orders
- Select Manually â Best for manual order processing
You can change this anytime in your dashboard.
đ Step 7: Sync Your Listings (Optional)
Want Printed Mint to fulfill your store products? Hereâs how:
- Click âManage Productsâ
- Then click âFetch New Productsâ
- Your items will appear under the âNot Syncedâ tab
From there, you can connect your store product listings to Printed Mint products for fulfillment.
đĄ If SKU Filtering is ON, only products with a Printed Mint SKUs will be synced and fulfilled.
đ§Š Step 8: Set Order Filtering
Using other POD platforms too? No problem.
Turn SKU Filtering ON to make sure only specific products are fulfilled by Printed Mint.
This setting is found in your integration optionsâbe sure to turn it on before syncing products.
đł Step 9: Add a Payment Method
Go to the Payment Methods tab here and add your preferred payment method.
- Youâll only be charged when an order is processed.

You can also preload your Printed Mint Wallet to pay from a balance instead.
đ Auto-Pay Settings
Choose how orders are processed:
- Auto-Pay ON: Orders are processed automatically
- Auto-Pay OFF: Youâll approve each order manually
â ď¸ Even with Auto-Pay ON, itâs a good idea to check your âOrdersâ tab now and then.
â Final Step: Save & Start Creating!
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click âSave Settingsâ.
Thatâs itâyouâre ready to start creating beautiful products with Printed Mint!
Head over to the Printed Mint catalog and select the first product you'd like to design and sync to your store! View Products HERE.
