Packaging isn't just about ensuring your products arrive safely—it's also your chance to make a memorable first impression. Beautiful packaging can speak volumes about your brand's quality and attention to detail, which is why we offer free and custom packaging options tailored for you. Choose between Free, Essentials and Deluxe packaging for individually wrapped items featuring your choice of ribbon or twine, crinkle paper, and custom packing slips. But that's not all! With Deluxe Custom Packaging, you'll have even more options, including adding your logo and a promotional image to a marketing card.

How It Works

When you first sign up, your Custom Packaging Options will be set to default. This means there won't be any labels on the outside of your packages—just protective wrap instead of crinkle paper. Your packing slips will still feature your Company Display Name, and products will be individually wrapped in protective wrap.

If you want to take advantage of our Custom Packaging Options, head over to the Custom Packaging page and choose your favorite features. Click the button to activate your chosen plan on your account.

Whenever you place an order, it will be packed according to the Custom Packaging plan you have enabled. You can switch to Free Packaging for sample orders to avoid fees or opt for Deluxe Packaging to offer your customers a gift-wrapping option—it's entirely up to you! If you are integrating a store or multiple stores you will have individual packaging options within each stores settings located in your Connected Shops/Settings tab.

Custom Packaging Labels

Make your packages stand out with a custom-designed, full-color label. Here’s how it works:

Essentials Packaging Label

We'll print your design on a 2.5-inch round label and place it on the outside of the box. For smaller packages, it'll be centered on one side, while larger boxes and poly mailers will have it in the upper corner. No matter the type of package—box, padded envelope, poly mailer, or tube—your label will look fantastic!

Deluxe Packaging Label

Not only will your full-color design appear on a 2.5-inch label on the outside of the package, but we'll also print it on 2.5-inch labels for each individually wrapped item inside. Note that some items are too small for labels, and for gift boxes, a 2-inch label will be centered on the lid (for select items only).

Custom Packing Slips

We keep our packing slips simple yet effective. Here’s what they include:

• Packing Slip
• Your Company Display Name
• Order Date
• Shipping Address
• Our Order Number
• Product List (no prices listed)
• Your Customer’s Gift Message

Ribbon and Crinkle Paper

Both Essentials and Deluxe Packaging include individually wrapped items. Some items like art prints, totes, and cosmetic bags are placed in sealed protective bags. Mugs, baby blankets, and beverage tumblers are placed in open-ended cellophane bags, tied with your choice of colored ribbon or twine. If no selection is made, we'll twist, tuck, or use twine to close the bag as needed.

Crinkle paper is included in both packaging options. It not only adds a festive touch but also keeps your products safe during transit. Choose from various colors, including metallics and seasonal shades. If no crinkle paper is selected, we'll use additional protective wrap.
